Please read below where we aim to answer some of the most frequently asked questions. They are summaries only and you should read our Terms and conditions for more information.

What if I don't like the Trendy product I ordered after it has been delivered?

We are certain you will like the Trendy Products you have ordered, but if not, you can return it to us within 14 days of delivery for a full refund (less return or collection costs set out below) once the product has been returned to us. Simply contact us within 14 days of receiving your product(s) and we will assist you with your return.

Please note: You will need to disassemble your product and repackage it, in order for our delivery partners to collect. Please either use the original packaging or ensure the product is packed well and can be returned to us in perfect condition.

What if the Trendy Product is damaged when it arrives or I am sent the incorrect item?

Our delivery team check your furniture to make sure it meets our high standards before we deliver it to you, so damage is rare. Its also very important that you inspect your product upon delivery, as well ask you to sign a proof of delivery form ( POD ) confirming that it appeared to be in good condition when you received it. If youre not happy with the goods when you inspect them, let our delivery partner know or note this on the POD form and contact us.

If you only realise after the delivery that you're unhappy with the quality, or if we've sent you the wrong item, just contact us within 14 days of delivery, ideally sending us photos of the damage or other issues with the product. Our team will assess your complaint and tell you how to return the item or arrange to collect the item from you, and either give you a full refund, Credit, arrange for a repair, or order you a replacement.

Can I cancel an order if I change my mind?

If you change your mind, you can cancel at any time before your item is delivered or sent to our delivery partners. Simply contact us and we'll cancel your order and give you a full refund or exchange.

You will receive a full refund (less return or collection costs set out below) once the product has been returned to us and is in perfect condition.

Made to order Trendy Products Cancellations

You can cancel your made to order within 1 week of the date of confirmation of the order and may incur a cost if cancelled after 1 week of the order due to the products having gone into production. We would ask in this case that the cost to Trendy Products of the made to order products is covered . Simply contact us and we'll cancel your order. More information can be found in our T&Cs. This applies to all custom and made to order products.

What do we charge to collect items?

If you need to return an item because it is faulty or as a result of something we have done wrong, we will not charge you for the return or collection costs.

If you are returning the product and it is not faulty you will need to cover the cost of the returns. The cost will depend on what part of the UK you are based in, and the availability you have to return the product to the collections company ( weekends may cost more for a collection ). Usually we expect this cost will be between £30 - £60 for mainland UK but can vary. Please contact us for an exact quote if needed.

How long will my refund take?

For security reasons we can only make refunds to the original payment method. Please see the information below for how long it usually takes after we have received the unwanted item back or we have collected by our delivery partner and the product is in their care.

Debit card - Within 5-7 working days

Credit Card - Within 15-20 working days ( depending on Credit Card company, Terms vary between bank and card companies. Customer can see their refund policy on the T&Cs they have with their banks )

V12 finance - Within 10- 12 working days

BACS - Within 5-7 working days

PayPal - Within 5-7 working days

If you used your PayPal balance or bank account to fund the original payment, the refunded money will go back to your PayPal account balance. If you used a credit or debit card to fund the original payment, the refunded money will go back to your card. We will process the refund within three working days but it may take up to 30 days for Paypal to process the transfer. For payments funded partially by a card and partially by your balance/bank, the money taken from your card will go back to your card and the remainder will return to your PayPal balance.

Can I change my existing order?

Yes within 1 week of placing the order we can have the order amended. After that date we would need to start a new order which will extend the lead time.
